1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting Streamer Express Bot into your Discord Server, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, please remove the bot from your server.

2. Service Usage

The Streamer Express Bot provides notifications, embedded messages, and interaction controls for streamers and regular users. You may not abuse our endpoints, spam mentions or webhooks, or attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary APIs. We reserve the right to blacklist any Guild ID or User ID from utilizing our Bot without prior notice if spam or abuse is detected.

3. Limitation of Liability

Streamer Express Bot is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages or discord-side API limits incurred from using our service. You are responsible for configuring proper mentioning (@roles) privileges within your server settings to prevent unwanted pings.

4. Modification of Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature, command, or functionality of the bot at any time.
